In the fall of 2007, the Colorado Governor's Office conducted a statewide dialogue, engaging people about their vision for health care reform in Colorado and the values that underlie that vision.  The Governor's Dialogue on Health Care Vision and Values consisted of 11 meetings in communiities across the state, attended by over 400 community leaders from the health, business, and civic sectors.  This is the discussion guide provided to participants in order to get them thinking about health care in Colorado and their preferences for a better system.
