CHAT Results from June 10, 2008 Community Meeting

At the June 10, 2008 meeting, participants did the CHAT exercise (Creating Health plans All Together) in order to provide input on what they would see as having the most value in an affordable health care plan for Pueblo's low-income unisured. This attachment shows the results. Round 1 shows their initial selections, and Round 2 shows what they ended up with. This information is used by HAP to determine which benefits it will offer.
